Course: Legal Issues

Description: The "8 Legal Concerns for a Constitution and bylaws" Workshop is an overview of critical issues facing today's churches. The remaining sessions are presented by the Lead Attorney for the Christian Law Association, David Gibbs, III. His sessions go into detail to assist churches to have their guiding documents and policies in place for legal protection.
